shipping and returns
All orders are dispatched by courier service via standard delivery. You will receive an email following dispatch from us containing the courier tracking code for you to follow your order.
Deliveries are processed within 1 working day following receipt of your order confirmation email. Please make sure that the shipping details you entered are correct, as we are unable to amend orders once they have been dispatched.
Our courier service operates Monday – Friday. Saturday delivery is not available.
Please allow 3-5 working days for order delivery.
All international deliveries will be delivered within 7-10 working days (depending upon country).
International deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes. These taxes are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.*

If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified, failure to collect), then we will inform you immediately by email as soon as we receive the item. From this point you will be given a choice whether you wish us to resend the item or for you to cancel the order.
Please note that for items that were undelivered through fault of the consumer and a refund is requested, we reserve the right to deduct our outward shipping fees from the refund total.
You have 14 working days (from the date of receipt*) to return or exchange your item.
We cannot refund or exchange items returned to us after 14 days.
Returns made from Europe, US and other International countries will be allowed 21 days.
Items must be returned in their original condition including tags and all packaging. Our return address is noted on the dispatch form enclosed within your order package. All goods will be inspected upon return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us so we recommend you retain proof of posting. We are unable to accept any claims for items lost in the post without it.
If we are happy with the condition of the item once received, we will refund you what you paid for the goods (this will not include the delivery charges). Refunds are paid to the original credit/debit card charged only. (Please note that refunds may not show up on your bank statement immediately).
*The date of receipt will be 24hrs from the shipping date.
We are only able to exchange an item for the same item in a different colour/size (if available) – we will advise via email if the item is not available, a refund will be applied within 5 working days upon receipt of the order.
Exchanges will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days of receiving the items back.
